Marvin Epstein

Mr. Epstein has been a serial entrepreneur for almost 20 of years. His experience spans many areas of business development, and finance including, investment banking, sales, marketing, and management.

Mr. Epstein leveraged his resources and business relationships several years ago to form I.A.T. Capital a private enterprise that focuses on private equity investments and structured financing. His group focused on businesses in a variety of industry sectors with his own success in sports, entertainment & film financing, internet technology, and the hospitality industry. His core expertise is creating a business development plan that includes the areas of providing capital, and strategic business services such as marketing & promotions, and brand development. This formula has proven successful in allowing his clients’ companies to build and package their brand and successfully introduce their products and services to the marketplace.

Mr. Epstein most recently parlayed his company’s success, to become a founder and the president of the Karma Foundation. An exclusive lifestyle membership organization comprised of accomplished men and women in all facets of life from all over the world. His role and the efforts as one of the core principals focused on creating a platform of services and strategic partners for its members as well as recruiting charity, hospitality and media relationships. He also has been an integral part in enabling their company to produce some of the most prestigious events at sensational venues thus raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for a variety of deserving charities. His efforts have achieved accolades for this foundation to create brand awareness worldwide

In previous years Mr. Epstein took his years of experience in the hospitality industry and merged his operations and marketing expertise to start an event production company. Incorporating many of his production and advertising relationships he produced events that centered on event marketing campaigns as well as sponsorship development, for clients and organizations such as, Coca-Cola, MTV, World Cup Soccer, Olympics, and AVP. His one legacy to that industry is in 1997 as an executive with XL Video, one of the worlds largest video screen companies he incorporated their video screens and production, partnering with NASCAR, and Speedway Motorsports Inc. to create the first closed circuit outdoor television network on their race tracks.

Laying the foundation for a small business entrepreneur Mr. Epstein graduated with a degree in business administration from Long Beach State University. He continued to reach out to the college student through his charter membership on the board of Young Professionals Global Network. This organization successfully produces business academy seminars for students nationwide where he was both a speaker and an organizer. He passionately engaged the participation of his other fellow entrepreneurs and key executives of companies predominantly from the Fortune 500 community.

Mr. Epstein is recognized by his contemporaries as a “hands on” strategist and leader. In addition to the business community he currently utilizes these talents in the non-profit world as a board member of several non-profit organizations where his passion is predominantly improving the lives of children in a variety of areas and laying the groundwork for them to have a better overall environment.
