Todd Shollenbarger

Todd Shollenbarger is a Managing Partner at Miculiti, Chiper, Shollenbarger & Angelo, a Bucharest-based law practice with experience in services clients such as Credit Swiss First Boston, Morgan, Deutsche Bank, EIB, OTP Bank, Raiffeisen Bank, Azomures, Ropharma, MOL, and UPC.

Todd has over 18 years of professional experience as a lawyer split between the US (California) and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and South East Europe (SEE). He is also a Certified Public Accountant (since 1993).

From 2007 to 2010, Todd was the Managing Partner of the Bucharest office of White & Case (White & Case, Shollenbarger SCA). Prior to 2007, Todd headed up the SEE Practice Group of Linklaters, based out of its Bucharest office.

Since moving to Romania in 1999, Todd has led numerous large-scale transactions in CEE and SEE (Bulgaria, Hungary, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, and Slovakia), including privatisations, private equity, capital markets, corporate finance, and joint venture projects, many of which have been in three major sectors (financial institutions, energy and telecoms).

Todd’s main areas of practice include Financial Restructuring & Insolvency, Corporate M&A (including Private Equity) and International Finance and Investment Projects.

Todd has a Law Degree (1992) from Pepperdine School of Law (Malibu, California) and a dual degree from Abilene Christian University (Abilene, Texas) in Accounting and Computer Science (1987).
